What Causes Head Ache Coupled With Fever Rash On Face?

My daughter is complaining of a head ache she had one the day before last with a fever she does not have a fever now but her head is hurting her again she also has a red rash on her face flat rash she has also had a sore throat this past week can you help me

HI. The combined findings together are more suggestive of flu. The rash usually comes as an exenthema.

But there are other conditions which can mimic like this. Give her symptomatic treatment like paracetamol in appropriate doses , wait for a day or two.
If the symptoms are gone , nothing to worry.

If there is persistence or increase in symptoms or additional ones, it is always better to get clinical examination done by a Doctor to rule out any serious problem and get few investigations done if he feels so.
