What Causes Head Heaviness, Nausea With Vertigo And Neck Stiffness?

I have heavyheadness and sometimes nausea with vertigo tendency.since 15 days i am suffering from the same.at morning my walk is unsteady.I have little stiffness and funny sensation on my left neck,just behind the ear. My doctor prescribed me nexito plus.please give some ans.
