What Causes Headache, Nausea, Vomiting Sensation, Hungry And Pain When Eating?
I m 17 years old and have been experiencing an ache in the back of my head, slight nausea, and the feeling that there s something in my throat, making me feel the need to vomit, when I can t. My stomach is also sort of gurgling loudly and I feel sooo hungry, but my stomach gurgles and hurts when I eat. Thanks!
Maybe due to gastritis or food intolerence or food poisoning or infection or outlet obstruction or any intraabdominal pathology like cholecystitis or appendicitis or colitis or hepatitis etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ultrasound abdomen and blood investigations. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. use tablet ondansetron twice a day for five days.
Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid spicy food and fatty food. If symptoms not improved or if you developed an allergy to above drug please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
