What Causes Headaches And Nausea After A Toe Injury?
Hello.I stubbed my 4th toe on a chair this past Sat.The toe hurt & is leaning to the pinky toe.I immediately iced it off and on the full day. Since then I ve taped in on its own through a You Tube video doctor which stated NOT to buddy tape it as the 4th toe is in its own column.Last night a headache & nausea added to this & this morning the nausea continues. I haven t taken any meds. Should I see a doctor? Everyone said they would only tape. Thanks.
What I feel is there is no connection of nausea and headache along with the injury you had. But for your injury of the toe, I would like to request you to get it examined. Most times its only ligament sprain, but sometimes a hairline fracture stays so we need to get an x-ray to rule this out.
For now, I will advise to take hot water fermentation and do ankle toe movements inside the hot water. Also, you can keep the foot elevated over the pillow and perform ankle toe movements slowly to regain the full functions of the injured toe and avoid swelling.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
