What Causes Headaches,nausea And Diarrhea?

So I have 2 small dimpled areas on the left side of my forehead that has now turned into one large dimple today. I have had a headache for monthes, nause and diarreia now for 3 weeks. Tired, weak, no energy, night sweats, confustion, head preasure. Its getting old. Thank You....
