What Causes High ESR Levels With Pain In Abdomen And Constipation?
I have gone to a lab and I have been told that my esr is 38. pls can you assist me with a possible cause. I also have the following symptoms: 1. Lower abdominal pains on the left side.
2. Sometimes blood in stool with pains.
3. Recurrent and painful boil at a particular spot near the anus.
4. Constipation.
5. Sometimes protrusion from anus while passing stool.
6. Pain / burning feelings at lower back bone.
7. Warm feelings on both legs.

It is possible due to perianal inflammatory condition in form of abscess or else giving agony of symptoms. Diagnosis with consultant surgeon by proctoscopy examination is needed.
