What Causes Hydronephrosis?

hi team my friend is having mild left hydronephrosis
lab reports are pus cells 4-8 and bleeding time is 1min 60 sec, clotting time is 3min 30 sec he is a k/c/o HTN
can you please tell me what is the exact cause for this patient and why only antibiotics and diclofenac are given why not diuretics

usually this is caused by obstruction of ureter which can be caused by stone or some other issues such as tumors. Hydronephrosis may lead to recurrent UTIs and it should be treated promtly with obstruction removal so the cause should be established first.
