What Causes Intermittent Diarrhea With Cramping Pains?
I have my gall bladder removed 2 years ago, and ever since Ive had on and off diarrhea, Its a horrible smell, yellow and sometimes gives me really bad cramping pains. At one point I thought there was a green worm on the toilet paper when I had wiped but was to embarrassed to tell anyone. I get very nauseous at times and sometimes in the morning when I wake up I vomit yellow stomach acid. Do I nned to be concerned?
So you could have parasites infection of intestine or of biliary tract ...
First get your stool examined for parasite by concentration technique at laboratory.... According to causative worm treatment given.... For most of worm albendazole tablet given....
Parasites induce cholangitis can be there .... USG abdomen done for it and if needed ERCP or MRCP can be done.
Consult surgeon for your condition.
Take care.
