What Causes Itchy Rash Around Top Of Penis?

for a month I have had a itchy rash around the top part and head of my private only, it is about a inch and goes all the way around 1/2 on shaft and 1/2 on the edge top . This is driving me crazy I have not changed anything

I weight 250 and 5ft 8 inches age 50 I am clean and I am only with my wife

Well come to HCM
this could be hypersensitivity reaction this best be can treated with local application of steroid "Beclomethasone" and Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day keep the area clean take care.
