General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suffering from itchy rash all over the body. It could be due to contact dermatitis, allergic response of the body, cold exposure, Lyme disease, mononucleosis, etc. Take care of your hygiene, avoid wearing synthetic clothes. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes, do not share your clothes and toiletries with anyone. Wash your clothes and bed sheets with hot water frequently. You can apply ointment hydrocortisone on the area affected to reduce itching.

Since you have congestion and chills take a course of antibiotics (Doxycycline-100). You can take tylenol, one sos when headache or fever. However, get clinically examined by a GP, get all required tests done to detect Lyme disease, mononucleosis, etc, you will be treated accordingly. Take plenty of water, gargle with salt water. Stay away from addictions of any. Take home made nutritious food rich in iron, calcium, protein.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
