What Causes Left-sided Pelvic Pain And Brown Periods While On Arimidex?

Hi, I am currently on Arimidex 1mg for past 2 months. I m 59 years old with early stage, node-negative, hormone receptor positive breast cancer. Oncotype 7. I was 2 years into menopause until today. Got a full blown period. I know I ovulated 2 weeks ago. Felt a slight pain on left side and noticed thickening of mucous.I would be very interested in your opinion . Many thanks!, Fran

The left sided pain and brownish bleeding during periods is suggestive of decreased blood flow during periods. This can be related to a hormonal disturbance.
