What Causes Leg Cramps And Lower Back Pain?
hi last night i was having intense cramps in my upper legs very intence like electricity, with lower back pain, when streached was a bit better, but when i returned to bed same problem, this morning muscles are very sore in my leg,,are afraid to go to bed tonight as pain was intolarable

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
Most probably it is due to spine related problem like nerve compression or disc prolapse.
