What Causes Lethargy And Discolored Stools?

hi my daughter of 2 1/2 years old has been off for two days lethargic sleeping which is unusual for her she does have her back teeth coming through and as i cant see any other signs of illness im guessing this is the reason but today she has had 2 poohs and they are a mustard yellow colour and softer than usual is this normal or ok

Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting. You need not worry.
