What Causes Loose Stools With Blood Stains?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? I am a 26 yr old female and received a liver and pancreas transplant most 4 years ago. I've had complications for the past year but am doing better now. The past 24 hours there has been a large amount of red blood in my stool which is very loose. What could be causing this and able I be concerned

Hello,

As there is liver transplant in past, the possible alterations in coagulation factors is prime suspicious, with secondary possibility of intestine infection.

Primary work up with basic lab tests will help to evaluate it precisely.
