What Causes Low Grade Fever, Bloating, Watery Mouth?

My 14 yr old daughter has a low-grade fever, has been feeling sick (has not vomited and her stomach is bloated). She is also complaining of a watery mouth and does not want to eat of drink because of these symptoms. She is not sexually active and does not have any food allergies that we are aware of. Thank you.
