Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Bumps in vagina could be due to many conditions. It results simply from your hair removal technique to minor infectious conditions like sebaceous cyst or Fordyce spots, Bartholin's cyst, genital herpes or warts.

I advice you to,
-Use body wash like benzoyl peroxide 5% prior to your  hair removal techniques.
- a course of Antibiotics (tab. Amoxiclav 625mg twice daily) if needed
-Daily Sitz bath
- Analgesics( Ibuprofen ) to get relieved of pain
- Avoid using tampons as it may worsen your symptoms
- wear cotton innerwear.
- Maintain good hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
