What Causes Lumps On Calf Muscles After An Accident?

Hi, I was involved in a car accident 5 months ago. Both my legs hit the dash board and resulted in 2 huge bruises and lumps like footbals on the front of my shins and side part of my calf muscle. Now the bruising has gone and swelling gone down a bit however now i have some small lumps on the muscle under the skin remaining that you cant see but can feel and hurt if i apply pressure. What are they? And can I fly with them?
