Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that his symptoms (numbness in the left leg and arm) could be related to a stroke. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam and a brain MRI. Regarding the drop in his blood pressure while standing up, it is suggestive of orthostatic hypotension. A head Up Tilt test would help investigate on this issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care. All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
