What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea And Sporadic Abdominal Pain?

Hi. I've been experiencing nausea and sporadic abdominal pains. I've been traveling a lot (11 hours on plane) and I hadn't eaten a lot after the flight. So I went to bed then woke up with the abdominal pains. At one point that day, I felt very tired and nauseous, broke out into cold sweat, and the pains came back. So I ate something but right after, I vomited. The next day, I threw up two more times in the morning. Throughout the day, I had diarrhea and kept making trips to the bathroom. Very bad abdominal pains. I tried drinking a lot of liquids. Peptol Bismol worked for a while. Diarrhea turned blackish. Now in the middle of the night, the pain is back. So I took one more tablespoon of Peptol Bismol. It's still hurting. What is wrong with me? How can I fix myself as soon as possible??
I am 18 and a female.

The symptoms of nausea, diarrhea with pain indicate intestine infection.

Additional guidelines above the Peptol-Bismol medicine intake are:
- Continue to drink more liquids.
- Get prescription of anti-emetic as Ondansetron, proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole, probiotic, anti-pyretic as paracetamol from your doctor for faster recovery.
- Dietary restrictions to avoid spices, non-veg, and oily food.
