What Causes Nausea, Frequent Urination And Cold Feet When Suffering From Hoshimoto's Thyroiditis And Sarcoidosis?

For the last month and a half I have been feeling nauseous and early satiety after some meals and my hands and feet are cold all the time it seems. I also have had a few dizzy spells when standing up too quickly with nausea either from seated or lying position. I also have been needing to urinate several times before falling asleep every time I lay down to go to sleep and it's not even that much that comes out. I usually wake up at least once to urinate and I am not drinking enough water to cause this. I also feel tired all the time and have been losing what seems more than usual amounts of hair. I have Hoshimoto's Thyroiditis and recently got diagnosed with sarcoidosis. Are these symptoms worth stressing over or should I wait until my next checkup to see if they subside over time?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem your symptoms are not directly related with the disease that you have, but this could be any thing else you have not gave any information about your age and gender, this could help me in advising you, looking to your complain the CT of brain is highly suggestive, if this symptoms does not go away within few days, I hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
