Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Nausea, Vertigo, Blood/clots/mucus In Bowel Movement, Cough And Runny Nose?
I've been naseated all day, and have had a strong urgency to pass a bowel movement along with virtigo. When I did, there was a lot of blood, as well as clots, and mucus, but I have no pain. I've had some sort of bug since Saturday, but it was just coughing and a runny nose
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the blood-stained stool then it may be ruled out for melena. In absence of symptom such condition demands the great medical attention because it may be intestinal pathologies, besides this it could be anal fissures, hemorrhoid. Overall such condition greatly demands the clinical examination, another symptoms of runny nose and cough are the allergic condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
