What Causes Nausea With Lack Of Appetite, Dizziness With Syncope?

I'm a 19yr old female, about 117lbs, no major medical problems. The past two days it hit me where i thought i was going to vomit (but never did) then just turned into nausea, lack of appetite, dizziness and faintness because i havent eaten, and sometimes an occasional headache and cramps. What do I have?
