What Causes Neck Pain Along With Tingling Sensation In Arms And Chest?

hi im 43 and was diagnosed with polymalgia had hundreds of blood tests

my esr was 48 and now 11 after starting on prednisolone im still in pain in neck shoulders and back radiating to front of chest tingling in arms burning pain in legs (15 years ago was told i had spondylosis) i feel that the polymyalgia is a wrong diagnosis and its my spondylosis getting extremely worse (also have tingling sensation in upper chest and face like trapped nerve please help
