What Causes Numbness In The Mouth While Doing Fellatio?

My girlfriends tongue gets numb when she performs fellatio, this in turn causes her to feel ill. We don t want this to turn into a psychological block as with both enjoy the act. She also says that the taste is very salty. I have a vegetarian diet and from what I have read on-line it could be a dietary issue (either acidic or alkaline etc). Can someone provide some advice on what we should do? Many thanks

Contents of your seminal fluid (semen) is not related to your diet. Eating non-vegetarian diet or more salt will not make your semen salty.
Numbness of tongue after fellatio is difficult thing to diagnose. Are you suffering from any STDs?
