What Causes Pain In Tailbone Area When Sitting And Walking?

My 11 year old daughter feel yeseterday during a basketball game. She landed on her behind. She now has pain in her tailbone area when walking, sitting, coughing, sneezing, and some other movements. I do not see any visable bruising. The moderate unless she sits on it, then it is pretty intense. What are your thoughts?
