What Causes Pain Radiating From The Neck Down The Arm And Elbow?

good morning had c6/7 spinal fusion only 3mths ago nowc5/6 broad based posterocentral disc protrusion partially effacing the anterior plane but not impinging the cord there is mild osteophytic narrowing of the c6 neural foramen especially on the left my symtoms arepain raidiating from side of (left) neck down arm to elbow. numbness to fingers and sometimes pins and needles, it somethimes feels like my arm does not belong to me. the pain down neck feels like it is burning
the bones in back of neck crack causing great pain.I have had headache back of head for months.and a pain in arm pit 3times now i have lossed bladder control left handed so every daily activity is becomming impossible had to sell manual car and buy auto
any advise would be great live in country so not many avenues available here..
