What Causes Pain Under The Right Rib Cage With Metallic Taste In Mouth?

Hello. I have had pain under my right rib cage for 2 months. Now also a small cough, sore throat and metallic taste in past month. Hida scan was negative. The abdominal pain varies in locations from day to day but mostly under right rib cage. Sometimes abdomen feels rigid. Nausea is non stop. Everything else is ok. No other medical history of significance.
