What Causes Painful Rash On Face, Lip, Around Eyes After Wisdom Teeth Removal?

I had my wisdom teeth removed on Monday. The evening after waking up I notice rash on my face from my top lip up the right side of my face round my eye as well. The rash seem to follow where I been in very bad pain from Saturday. I have couple blisters on my lip now. What could this be? I also have bad allergies, I m allergic to a lot of things.

hello thanx fr cnsltng at hcm.it could be herpes labialis,stress induced may be,,after wisdom tooth removal,,either ways plz consult ur oral surgeon/allergy specialist for a check up and treatment..asap..hope it helps,,tc
