What Causes Persistent Cough And White Coating On Tongue After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hello, I am 32, 1,77, 68 kg.Hello dear doctors and beings,Please answer an anxiety ridden soul,On the 10th of august, 2014, I had protected sex with a sex worker of unknown status, condom ok upon finish. But I had performed oral sex on her, unprotected for maybe 1 to 3 minutes.Between week 2 and 3 ( alas, exact timing), I developed body aches, fatigue, night sweats, chills and mild fever.Gradually, severe running nose, worsening cough, and a pain in my right sinus, right eye and eyebrow, as if I had toothache, while fatigue subsided, and fever decreased.I search the net, and was petrified to death, from learning how complete and timely were those symptoms for HIV.Three weeks later, on the 2nd of September, I went to the hospital, and mentioned my exposure and symptoms to the doctor.She took a throat culture, penis swab, chest and sinus xray, and the dreaded blood test, the result of which would be communicated via telephone, if anything abnormal was present. She prescribed apo cefuroxime 500mg antibiotics for 14 days, twice daily, and told my to be careful.After two weeks, I went to the hospital and saw another doctor. He pulled up my tests, and said chest is ok, some mucus in the right sinus, and blood test negative for all SDTs. He told me to get texted at the 6th week, 3 month, 6 month, and finally one year mark!I mentioned to him that most of my symptoms had disappeared, yet the coughing and night sweat remain, though the night sweat progressively lessened and is somehow non existent now.I am still coughing though, and sometimes I feel weak. Please dear doctors, tell me about my condition, why did the doctor insisted on prolonged one year testing, although everyone accept the 3 months mark as conclusive? In six days, I will be testing my 6th week mark blood test, and considering the perfect occurrence and timing of the symptoms, I already think and breathe Hiv. Why were the symptoms so timely if I didn t have Hiv? why am I still coughing? Why is my tongue coated white? I seem to have some rashes under my chin on the neck. This is why I am not relieved by my 3rd week negative test, as all expert mentioned it could easily be a false negative.
