What Causes Pregnancy Like Symptoms With Negative HPT?

i started experiencing prgnancy like symptomns, nausea, heightened smell, enlarged ab, back pain, cramping. Last period was light pink (around xmas) i took a test today and it was negative, could I still be pregnant. In may I was told I had a small fibroid, could fibroids cause these symptoms, i know the enlarged abdomen could be from this.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pregnancy test will give positive result 8-10 days after the missed period.
So if you have did after 8-10 days and it was negative, then pregnancy is not there.
Better confirmation should done by HCG test.
Fibroid can cause nausea, enlarged abdomen , back pain cramp, abnormal menstruation and cramp.
Take symptomatic treatment like tablet meftal spas and domperidone.
It could be a premenstrual symptoms.
But if period will not come then undergo USG scan and reproductive hormone analysis to know the status of fibroid and hoemone
