What Causes Pressure And Pain During Bowel Movement?

I had a uti and just finished my cipro. I still have pressure and pain and am also taking fluconazole tablet 150 mg and metronidazole vaginal gel 0.75. The doctor I saw did not do a culture but put me on this as I still have been having the pressure and pain. It seems worse in the mornings and I feel pressure as if I have to have a bowel movement. I had a cat scan and there is no sign of a kidney stone. I noticed within the last week that my bowel movements have no smell. I am tryinig to figure out what is possibly going on with me. Can you give me any advise.
