What Causes Pulsations In Head?

It's only been lately, for the past few weeks, that I can feel my veins pumping on both sides of my temple. Even when writing this I can still feel them. I don't get headaches, from time to time I do. I have not have any headaches recently, but except for the past week; it ended around three days ago. My only problem is that nowl I can feel a vein pumping pumping on the right top side of my head (and it hurts a little bit). What are the possibilities that I have hypertension?

Dear pulsating feeling in head felt in migraine, tension and cluster headaches. Hypertensive patients also feel same feeling. But few conditions like haemangiomas feel same thing.
