Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Purpura on buttocks and chest pain may be due to chemotherapy drugs which on already on treatment or Henoch-Schonlein purpura or Infection or vasculitis etc. Chest tightness may be involvement of lung vascular. Other possibilities like bronchial asthma or myocardial infarction or pneumonia etc. Are you having any hemoptysis or hemetemesis? Any itching allover the body? Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
