What Causes Pus Cells And Epithelial Cells In Urine?
hello.... i have a burning sensational pain in my left side and i have done abdominal and pelvic scan and urine test.... the scan came came ok . while in the urine test i have occasional in pus cells and epithelial cells.... please wot can i do about this. the pain some time felt at the upper back shoulder n my breast....

Pus Cells in urine indicate infection,upto 5 pus cells is taken as normal. Normally a few epithelial cells from the bladder or external urethra can be found in the urine sediment however in urinary tract infections/inflammation few bacteria may be present. You have urinary tract infection.A course of antibiotics will be required .
