What Causes Rash All Over The Body After Taking 'xenadrine'?

I started getting a rash last wednesday and it is getting worse it has spread all over my body even the inside of my mouth, could i be having an allergic reaction? i started taking xenadrine last monday an have only taken 3 pills i stopped as soon as i saw the rash begin.

Hello,

It seems to be allergic in nature.
I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily for 7-10 days.
