What Causes Rashes All Over The Body With Fever After Having Cavity Filled?

My daughter had a cavity filled this afternoon. This evening she broke out in a full body rash (small red pinprick-like, not itchy) and started running a fever. She takes Bactrim for acne. I don't think the rash is an allergic reaction because it isn't itchy and the rash started before she took tonight's dose. But I could be wrong. Could the rash and fever be related to the filling?

Hi,
The rash is most probably related to the antibiotic. Stop the antibiotic and start a new one.
