What Causes Rashes And Itching After Consumption Of Dairy Product?

Every time I eat bread, flour breaded foods, champagne, dairy I break out in a rash, raised hot welts and itch all over my body. What is causing the problem? And what can be done about it? Is there something in common with thes foods that could be causing this problem?
