What Causes Rashes In The Neck And Face?

My wife has been giving oral sex to me. Lately, she has been getting some rashes on the left side of her neck, face, eye lids. could it be related with any std although I have tested myself. I do not have any std but i had high eosinophilia in my blood when I tested last.
