What Causes Rashes On The Arm After Pricking Needle For Blood Sample?

I had blood sample taken from vein inside my elbow. All seemed well till after about 8 hours or more I noticed red rash spread around the arm close to the needle prick point. I had similar issue last time I gave blood for lab testing.
My platelets count was a bit lower than normal suggesting mild thrombocytopenia. Is the rash due to thrombocytopenia?

Yes dear ,platelets count and thrombocytopenia are coneccted .

A healthy person usually has a platelet count of 150,000 to 400,000. You have thrombocytopenia if your number falls under 150,000.

Regular intake of healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, especially green leafy greens,tomato ,brocally, berries ,Papaya and leave extract , Omega 3 ,coco nut water & lot of water to give your body the nutrients it needs.

And regular walk , exercise ,yoga ,deep breathing for proper blood circulation , and proper rest and sound sleep to enhance strengthen immunity of your system give further resistance from diseases .
You should avoid fried fast foods ,and refined flour sugar foods Also stay away from alcohol and caffeinated beverages. Partaking in these foods and drinks can cause your platelet count to drop even further because they may hamper production by the bone marrow., and refined sugar foods.

Also avoid mental strain , worry , anger .
Constipation is the mother of all ills ,should be avoided at any cost .
