What Causes Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections?

I'm 18 year old female and consistently getting uti's yeast infections and pain during sex I have a baby over a year ago and have been tested for stds three times since these conditions and all test came back clear can you help me understand ?your a crock of shot

Incomplete bladder emptying may cause recurrent urinary tract infection.

Urethritis may cause this type of problem .
In diabetes more chanses of urinary tract infection.
