What Causes Recurring Rash In The Buttock Crack?
I keep getting a recurring zit/rash where my butt crack begins to itch (top) every 3 months or so.....it itches and feels like there are 2 zits where it itches. Sometimes it also feels like the crack has almost slit open (even though it hasn t)----What could this be from? Why would it keep returning?

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest using antifungal cream for local application such as Miconazole cream.
I also suggest using Diflucan.
I recommend maintaining good hygiene.
