What Causes Recurring, Red, Raised Rash On Neck?

My daughter gets a red raised rash on her neck regularly. Her Ped. Has tracked it since birth. It usually becomes visible before she comes down with something. All blood work comes back fine. No red flags. What could be causing it. No allergies.

Hi dear, I understand your concern. It can be sign of dysbiosis of intestine, sweat rash,sensitive skin.Perform stool analysis to exclude St aureus dysbiosis. I suggest
- use Sudocrem,sorbolen,Vaseline total moisture for skin;
- in summer season you can use powder .
