What Causes Red Glossy Skin Near Both The Shoulders And The Back?
my son has got glossy red skin near both the shoulders and the back. he has a history of child epilepsy. but since last two years the medication was stopped and he is leading a normal life.

Hi...by what you quote I feel that it should be an eczema.... A type of skin allergy. This is not related to the drug usage for epilepsy.
