What Causes Regurgitation Of Food That Was Eaten Hours Ago?
Just curious about this, several hours after I eat some foods, especially nuts, they will come back up with the phelm in the back of my throat. Doesn t hurt, just curious as to why something I ate hours ago is still in my throat, this is not acid reflux.

in my opinion there can be problem with gastrooesophaeal junction or hiatus hernia
as the peristalasis push food down for digestion normally the gastrooesophageal junction the sphincture tightens and donot allow the food to come up but iin the conditions stated above the food also kick back in mouth causing the problem described by you
