What Causes Rise In Body Weight?

I ve been trying to lose 20 lbs for the last year. I ve seen several nutritionist work out and have been eating healthy. I have a thyroid problem and have been taking medication for 15 years. The Dr says that my thyroid is okay when they do the blood work. What else could be the problem?

Hello and thanks for your question. It sounds like you are doing many good things for yourself. You may need to start counting calories. First write down everything you eat for a week. Then go online or work with the nutritionist and figure out about how many calories you are eating daily. Then cut that back by 500 calories a day. If you make this reduction in caloric intake you should start losing weight. Doing aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes every day can also be helpful. Good luck to you.
