What Causes Sever Itching In The Anus With Blood In Stools?

Hello, for about two and a half months i have had anal itching and bloody stools. The blood is maroon in color, but it is with every bowl movement. I have no pain, no fever, and i eat normal. This all started after a family member tested positive for typhoid fever. The doctor here recomended i take the same meds because i was also tested for typhoid fever, me and my family member never got sick, just had positive test. The meds i took after the test is when my itching and bleeding began. I think the meds did something to my GI trac. Is this possible? Thank you
