What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain, Frequent Bowel Movements And Ribs Pain?

I have had abdominal pain for over two weeks. I have been to urgent care. They sent me for a CT scan. They found a cyst on my ovary, but also an enlarged liver and a an A1C level of 10.8. I went to the gynecologist who could not find my left ovary, but stated that he thought it was an intestinal or digestive issue. Now I have to wait again for a new doctor to examine me. My symptoms are.... abdominal pain, frequent movement of bowels which are loose, constant feeling of being full or not fully emptying of bowels, cramping in lower abdomen and left side, also pain in the upper stomach just below my ribs. Please help as I can t take the pain and suffering any more.
