General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As the pain is confined we have to rule out cardiac causes including possible myocardial infarction.

Consult a physician and get an ECG done.

Most probably it is due to musculoskeletal causes.

As of now, you can NSAIDs like Aceclofenac or Diclofenac for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
