Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 30, 5'10 and 150 lbs. I have had no surgeries, one child, and a history of IBS with chronic constipation. I am 9 weeks pregnant and been dealing with a few days of bad gas where it hurt to sit down or move around, hurt really bad after I urinated and when I coughed or sneezed. That pain relaxed today and I felt I need to have a bowel movement. I tried but it was too painful to finish. Every time I squeezed, I had a severe pinching and cramping on my left side, about where my ovaries are. This pinching has continued all day and intermittently gets incredibly painful. The rest of the time it is only moderate feeling of "I am there" What is this and should i be concerned?
