What Causes Severe Pain And Blood During Bowel Movement?

I recently fell down the stairs landing hard on my arm and tail bone. I have a bruise and lump on arm and a bruise on tail bone. I had a bowel movement the following day and It had blood in it. and a little every day since. its still really painful. should I get this checked anywhere?

Perineal tear or hemorrhods or fissure may lead to blood on the stool surface.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done rectal examination is done by proctoscopy and Consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
